EGIS UKRAINA AND ERTLE LTD FORM A JOINT VENTURE: EGIS ERTLE ENGINEERING
Kyiv, 10 March 2021 – Egis Ukraina announces entering into a joint venture with Ertle Ltd, an international engineering and construction holding operating and present in Central and Eastern Europe, in particular in Ukraine, Poland, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Under the agreement, effective as of January 1, 2021, Derffer, the Ukrainian Engineering Company of Ertle Ltd has merged into the joint venture, establishing Egis Ertle Engineering.
Within new strategic partnership arrangements, companies will work together on delivering a full range of Design & Engineering services, including Technical Due Diligences, Feasibility Studies, Basic and Detailed design. Egis Ertle Engineering will offer its services in light and heavy industrial design, commercial design and infrastructure project and will become a BIM design hub.
Egis Ukraina reckons that partnership will mark a new era for both companies, driving better competitiveness and enhancing excellence and value to all stakeholders. Both parties are confident that Egis Ertle Engineering will become a leader in the design and engineering market in Ukraine and other markets to business acumen, access to world-class experts and high corporate governance standards.
